Jim Posted September 23, 2022 Report Share Posted September 23, 2022 Just had a phone call from Trev (Wedger) You may know he's been ill for a while and was in hospital earlier in the year. He told me a couple of weeks ago that he needed a new liver. He had a phone call yesterday morning, got whisked away to London and now has a shiny new liver. It's early days yet but quite relieved about it and optimistic about his progress so far. Sounds like the NHS have done a blinder of a job. He is still is hospital but coming home soon, but they are keeping an eye on him and ensuring he behaves.
