niggle Posted August 25, 2017 Report Share Posted August 25, 2017 Been a while..........since the beginning of June when the gimbal bearing got a bit noisy. I decided to have engine out for a clean up and change any corroded parts, it wasn't to bad just a new dipstick tube and repainted I serviced the drive and freshened up the anti foul yesterday and as the engine had new anodes I changed all the ones on tabs and drive,interestingly the 2 starboard ones were worse than the port ones.Now I wonder if the boat on my starboard which always has shore power is the cause?...!! Also my batteries were fine after 3 months of not being used or recharged I took her out tonight for a run at full throttle along the training bank and all was fine so i'm all good to go again See you out there fisherman1055, Jim, Matt and 12 others 15 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
