After 5 visits to the physio and a Doctor's appointment which confirmed no lasting damage, I am finally able to get about again. It seems almost 100% back to where it was (always a weak spot) but I'm still being a bit cautious, however, things are on the up. I actually had a solo day on the boat on Thursday and am going out with Alun for company on Tuesday so, onward and upwards. Terry.
