I know that some of the comments here have been posted slightly in jest but ...... concerning the legality of razor blades round the electrics (and glass on the top of a wall)

Offences (criminal) committed? None, but the householder/boat owner could be sued for damages under the Occupier

Went down to boat today to run her up and been raided again this time aux fuel tank, they just cut the fuel pipe off.

Simon the owner was there and apparantly Wednesday night he was at home and checked the CCTV on his computer and saw people in marina. His wife phoned the police while he and his son rushed down there. He chased one that leaped over a wide bush into a water filled ditch,by this time police were everywhere. They had also stolen some kayaks and paddled over to Rositers where the police arrested some suspects. The police response was excellent with numerous units including dogs and armed response, four of the six were caught and arrested and are now on bail, apparantly one was a well known criminal from the Ferndown area.

I am so pleased for Simon the owner of Ribs and all boat owners in that area as hopefully this gang will be brought to justice or at least deterred from boat thefts

Wonder if this is what the scrotes use to rob boats?

Did they pinch them or did they bring them with them because you'd need paddles too!? ph34r.gif

They must have been on Sweet Pea again as well, as we went down there last night and saw footprints on the deck. They didnt get anything though as had large padlock and chain on door..
