The Judiciary has its hand tied by sentencing guidlines, (just try going against this guidance!!) The answer is a sort out at the ministry of justice,(the Lord chancellors office of yester year) A monumental shake up of the C.P.S. and its opinions of what constitutes crime that should be prosecuted for its ''seriousness!!'' not for its ease of conviction to enhance figures. Lastly a serious look at policing in this country,or rather lack of it because uniformed personel are busy filling out paper - work Civys should be doing. who knows the coming shake up may do something. Little Sal, You are right in your in acertaining my referring was to the reaction. RANT OVER,,Tight lines to all out this weekend. Derek. rolleyes.gifrolleyes.gifwink.gif
