Neal
Rob, You have chosen the same date as the Lymington Cod Boat comp Some may have already booked spaces on boats for this. I have!!!! Neal
Rob
Neal - we need to fish it and there will always be a conflict with something I'm afraid.
great white
Hard luck Rob and all of us that are trying our hardest to support this event. I keep postponing my haul out for rail repairs so that we can fish this. I can see why the Cod comp is on that date as the tides look good for a long days cod fishing. But its impossible to suit all Let us hope that we all get out and some fish come and play. Charlie
niggle
If it does end up being in Poole Harbour I'll be looking for a crew space . Nige
great white
If it does end up being in Poole Harbour I'll be looking for a crew space . Nige If it does, my lads will probably not want to come, so you will be welcome with us Nigel But if the weather is good I expect Wishin and Alfresco will be outside the harbour
niggle
Thanks Charlie,so apart from a hurricane open is going to happen!
Mike Fox
If it's inside the harbour, are you still going for a 50% minimum specimen size? Thanks, Mike
Rob
Mike, that is under discussion. I guess the only upside of say 33% and in the harbour is the fish don't have to travel so far, and can be released back in to the harbour. We have to be mindfull that what ever min % chosen, the fish are still above legal minimums! Rob

Coddy
Hi Rob Well done to you and your sub committee is putting on a fair show considering the conditions. Are you going to post the results? Dave Edited November 7, 2011 by Coddy
