New Year's Day zero degrees.

We arrived at foxy fisher three at about eight am whilst it was quite calm.

First impression whilst stood on the pontoon was wow what a cracking looking boat, the commercial inward sloping screen is always something that has appealed to me. From the pontoon the wheelhouse gives the appearance of being very low for internal headroom but this is not the case inside.

The wheelhouse has rear patio doors which seem to give you the best of both worlds.

once inside the kettle and heating were put on, by the time the coffee was made the temp was very comfortable.

Verado 200 speaks for itself.

We left the mooring to get the 9.30 bridges by this time the wind was getting up and having some east in it made some of the harbour a little bit lumpy.

Boat ran nice and level and was predictable, the water was soon cleared from the screen and all round visibility from the helm is excellent.

Verado sounded great but I'm sure on a calm day at 6000 rev it will sound even better, prop seems to be well suited to the boat.

The engine is controlled by smartcraft controls which make the operation a pleasure.

Lowrance hds was a pleasure to use and the quality of the 4g radar was incredible.

Boat thruster seems like a very good idea on a boat of this size, and worked well.

Deck space for fishing is large.

Graham Congratulations on your new boat and thanks for the trip.

Andy
