Thank you for your support Our online auction closed last week and we are delighted to announce that we raised £17,000! Given the current circumstances and the uncertainty in which we all find ourselves in, this is an incredible result. Without both the kindness of our auction donors and the generous support of our bidders, this auction would not have been possible. The funds raised will support work in both the marine and freshwater environments. We wish to express our thanks to everyone who supports our important work to protect fish and fishing for all. IMPORTANT UPDATE In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, the Angling Trust has set up an angling support hub providing guidance on the latest recommendations from Government and answering any questions anglers may have on this issue. The hub also provides links to financial support for clubs, fisheries and other angling organisations. In response to the restrictions we have also launched the Fishing Buzz website. It’s packed with news, views, tips, videos, advice and more to keep you entertained during the lockdown and help relieve some of the stress and worries we’re all experiencing right now. Whether you are a carp, coarse, game, sea, match, lure or specimen angler there will be something for you! The website is updated daily and is well worth a visit.
