great white Posted May 7, 2005 Report Share Posted May 7, 2005 Hi all Sam has asked to go Charter fishing on his 15th Birthday [28th May] He wants to have a go at the bigger tope and Smoothounds out of Portsmouth with his Brother and a mate, and of course me I have booked a trip on Trio out of Langstone Harbour on Friday June 3rd from 0800 to 1630. Newboy Posted May 8, 2005 Report Share Posted May 8, 2005 It'll take me a good hour from Portsmouth docks to Andover, plus it's a Fri afternoon, traffics will be busy on the M27+M3. Langstone is gonna be another 20-30mins on top. Hopefully I can spend 5 mins having a shower before I go to the shop. Thats the three boys and I Rich Swain Mark Bessant Kam if the timings suit and James Parker Thanks for the quick response guys I will confirm the booking and get more details As I said I asked the skipper for a tope/Smoothie trip. The boat is a Lochin 33, leaving Langstone ferry pontoon at 0800 returning at 1630. Kam please confirm if you are willing to risk the traffic to get back for work. Apparently, as a child, from the age of six, every time I opened my mouth, a fish swam out, and unfortunately, 35 years on, it hasnt changed much!
