Rob Posted October 21, 2011 Report Share Posted October 21, 2011 I have a couple of Penn 525 Mag Slidy reels and one is as rough as a badger a&%e, so I decided to fix it and ensued on a hunt for new bearings. Ebay was my first call and I found a pair of new spool bearings at a reasonable price and great service - seller astonlincoln. I then found there was a bearing that sits over the shaft of the spool and is pressed in to the frame, on further research this is a new frame!!!
