Unfortunately, I've spent the past week trying to shake off some bug or other. The Doctor informed me last night that it is a Viral Infection and confined me to bed for a week. Just cooked the last of the Trigger (from Friday... been in the fridge since)... lovely large flakes and good texture.. ruined by breadcrumbs and tomato ketchup - but then both Alex and Isobel tried a large chunk as well....
