This is one of the most remarkable results of recent study in America that compared boat owners and people who do not own a boat in relation to their own perception of happiness and health. Boat owners assess the general quality of their lives higher (+5%) then others. There are therefore also more content with their achievements, their family ties and with the way they enjoy life. 67 % of the boat owners believe that owning a boat has actually contributed to their happiness. The greatest advantages of navigating according to them in spending time outdoors (89%) en on the water (85%), the possibility to leave behind the stress of daily life (79%) and the tranquillity (75%).
