Reel Wizzard Posted June 15, 2016 Report Share Posted June 15, 2016 While out with Alan on Fisheagle last week I managed to snap the bail arm on my Quantum spinning reel, so emailed Zebco who make them and they phoned me today to say they would send me a new one free of charge, what great service that is, I have had this reel for two years and they did not even want to know how it got broken. I would highly recommend them to club members.
