Yum Yum Simple November Bass

Just roasted some bass fillets from November (fat plumpy fish). Freezing and vaccum packing them without washing seems to have done them no harm at all, if not improved them!!


Olive oil, salt and pepper on a baking tray, covered the fillets by rubbin them in the oil. Along with baby plum tomatoes and bay leaves.


180 for 20 mins and a bag of chips from the chippy, result!!!
