There is 'Cod Compeitition' every December and a 'Bream Competition' every May Cod Competition 30 December 2011 Poole Sea Angling Centre and the Pure Drop Inn present the 'Open Cod Competition' Friday 30th December. I have more bait enroute, but that now looks destined for the freezer at home. To be honest I have felt rough over Christmas and can not see the weather making it an enjoyable day feeling like this, so I will give it a miss. If I feel OK in the morning I may call a few people over breakfast to check the weather, then do a trip for a few hours on my own.
